Job summary

MSX International, based in Fresno, CA, is seeking automotive technical experts to assist legal counsel in warranty litigation matters and to coordinate lemon-law seminars. You will perform vehicle inspections, review technical cases, and report findings to counsel while supporting case preparation.

The role requires local travel to designated dealerships and a hybrid work model with 1–2 days field work and 3 days work-from-home per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years automotive experience.
• BA degree or ASE certification preferred.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally.
• Strong communication with legal counsel and teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discussions and act as a subject matter expert.
• Evaluate cases on technical merit.
• Perform vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes.
• Report findings to legal counsel and contribute to case compilation.
