Job summary

MSX International seeks automotive technical experts to support legal counsel in warranty litigation matters, including vehicle inspections, data review and report compilation. You will liaise with counsel, coordinate seminars, and participate in case evaluations with local travel to designated dealerships.

The role involves analyzing technical data, preparing findings, and contributing to legal case preparation in a hybrid work setting with field travel and office days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years automotive experience required.
• ASE certification preferred but previously certified individuals will be considered.
• Ability to travel locally/regionally to dealerships.
• Ability to analyze and document vehicle case updates using Microsoft Excel tools.
• Ability to communicate technical information to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discussions, meetings and act as a subject matter expert.
• Evaluate cases on technical merit.
• Perform vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes
• Report out on all evaluations and technical inspections
