Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Lead Technical Litigation Support Specialist to support warranty litigation matters and work with legal counsel on lemon law issues. The role includes vehicle inspections, data compilation, and reporting findings from inspections to attorneys.

The position requires local/ regional travel to dealerships, strong automotive experience, and the ability to prepare precise technical reports using Excel-based templates. Hybrid work includes field and home-office days.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years automotive experience required; current ASE certification is preferred but previously certified individuals will be considered.
Highly motivated, critical thinker, adaptive, and autonomous with the ability to deliver measurable results.
Ability to travel locally/regionally to dealerships.
Ability to analyze and document vehicle case updates using Microsoft Excel tools.
Ability to communicate technical information to all levels.
Ability to analyze data and create custom reports using provided templates.
Ability to effectively use MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Participate in discussions, meetings and act as a subject matter expert.
Evaluate cases on technical merit.
Perform vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes
Report out on all evaluations and technical inspections
