Job summary
MSX International is seeking an automotive technical expert to support warranty litigation matters for our legal counsel. You will review technical cases, coordinate vehicle inspections, and report findings to attorneys, enabling informed legal actions.
The role requires travel to designated dealerships and hands-on data analysis, with strong communication across teams. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model, offering 1-2 days field work plus regional travel and 3 days from home,
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years automotive experience required.
- BA degree or ASE certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally to dealerships.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint for documenting updates.
- Able to analyze data and communicate technical information effectively.
Responsibilities
- Participate in discussions, meetings and act as a subject matter expert.
- Evaluate cases on technical merit.
- Perform vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes
- Report evaluations and inspections to legal counsel
