Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Lead Technical Litigation Support Specialist to address warranty litigation matters and support legal counsel. You will inspect vehicles, evaluate technical issues, and report findings to counsel, with local and regional travel to dealerships.

This is a full-time hybrid role with employee benefits. Requires minimum 5 years automotive experience; BA degree or ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years automotive experience.
• BA degree or ASE certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally to dealerships.
• Ability to analyze data and create reports.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discussions, meetings and act as a subject matter expert.
• Evaluate cases on technical merit.
• Perform vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes.
• Report out on all evaluations and technical inspections.
