Job summary

Turtle, headquartered in Clark, NJ, seeks a Hybrid Specialist to deliver customer outcomes for industrial automation projects. You will engage with end-users, system integrators, OEMs, and contractors to specify Rockwell Automation products and provide solutions across services.

You will collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to train customers, prepare quotations, and support post-sales activities, leveraging extensive product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience with automation Smart Components (Small Controllers, Industrial Control, Sensors, Safety, Distributed I/O, and monitoring).
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
• Strong interpersonal communications and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, eager to develop understanding of Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley products and services.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley products and related services.
• Collaborate on marketing programs and initiatives for Smart Components and related services.
• Support customers with training, product selection, and pre/post-sales activities.
• Prepare quotations for Smart Components and related services.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sales engineers to specify Rockwell products.
