aeSolutions is a Greenville, SC-based engineering consultancy specializing in automation and process safety. We seek an Automation & Controls Specialist II with strong Rockwell experience to design, configure, and verify control systems for diverse facilities.

You will develop PLC/HMI applications, lead automation work on projects, and mentor junior engineers while engaging with clients to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in industrial automation and control systems.
• Experience developing PLC and HMI applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and commissioning experience in industrial facilities.
• Willingness to travel up to ~35%.

Responsabilidades

• Design and configure industrial control systems and hardware.
• Develop PLC and HMI software for client projects.
• Create and execute verification and test plans.
• Support equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in FAT and SAT activities.
• Perform technical quality reviews of control deliverables.
• Interface with clients on technical matters.
• Lead automation activities on assigned projects.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and specialists.
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture.
