Job summary

Bridgestone Americas’ Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician for a hybrid store-based role. You will assess customer needs, recommend products or services, and perform entry-level vehicle services to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position offers growth opportunities, on-the-job training, and potential ASE certifications, with a pay range of $16.00–$23.90 per hour in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Customer service mindset with growth potential.
• Ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales, and issue resolution up to 75%.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) up to 25%.
• Support store operations, opening/closing, inventory, and displays as needed.
• Learn all store operations and assist Manager or be on duty when required.
