Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid role. You will balance customer service with basic vehicle services, such as oil and tires, while supporting store operations and growth opportunities.

The position pays $16.00–$23.90 per hour with benefits including health coverage, paid time off, ASE certifications, flexible scheduling and a 401(k) plan. Prior retail or automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion or certification is a plus.
• Customer service and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role combining customer service and basic vehicle service tasks.
• Assist Manager and potentially act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
