Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician in a hybrid role to serve customers by assessing needs, recommending products or services, and performing entry-level vehicle services. The position blends front-counter and basic shop tasks, with opportunity for growth into leadership along the store team.

The role offers a pay range of $16.00–$23.90 per hour and includes benefits, on-the-job training, and potential ASE certification through company programs.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and willingness to grow professionally.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.
• Valid automobile driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales and issue resolution – 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks including oil, tires and fluids – 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
• Grow into managerial tasks and support duties as needed.
• Learn all store operations and balance front and back shop work.
