Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Hybrid Retail Sales and Service Technician to support customer needs in a dynamic store environment. This role blends front-line service with basic vehicle tasks and opportunities to grow within the Bridgestone network.

You will assist customers, perform oil/tire/fluid services, and support store operations while developing skills for advancement. Pay starts at $15.20 per hour and may reach $22.71 with experience and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.
• 2 year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other growth-minded pathways.
• Previous consumer retail sales experience is preferred.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus.
• Previous management/supervisory experience is a plus.
