Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Hybrid Retail Sales and Service Technician to assist customers, recommend products, and perform entry-level vehicle services. The role blends front-end service with back-shop tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales, and issue resolution.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids).
• Support store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays.
