Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician to support customers, assess needs, and recommend products and services in a hybrid store setting. This entry-level role combines front-end service with basic vehicle service tasks such as oil, tires, and fluids, offering growth opportunities and on-the-job training with ASE certifications.

Pay ranges from $17.60 to $26.29 per hour, with comprehensive benefits starting on day one and a pathway to advance within

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
