Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in automobile repossession processing and laws preferred.
• Experience with repossession agents and skip tracing partners preferred.
• Familiarity with Collect Anywhere software and related systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repossession workflow from placement to recovery and skip vendor coordination.
• Communicate with recovery agents and update repossession attempts daily.
• Ensure legal notifications to members regarding repossessions and sales.
• Process internal notifications and workflows for repossessions, sales, and redemptions.
• Prepare reposition reporting for department-wide use.
• Handle cancellation of repo requests and assign skip requests.
• Assist in filing titles and processing related invoices and auction dispositions.
