Job summary

Tinker Federal Credit Union is seeking a Repossession Services Administrator I to manage the administrative workflow for repossessed units from intake through sale. You will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth processing and accurate record keeping.

The role requires two years of repossession experience, familiarity with the Symitar system, and the ability to use standard office equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years’ experience in repossessions is required; credit union experience is preferred.
• Incumbent bonding is required by the chosen authority.

Responsibilities

• Track repossessed units from repossession to sale completion and perform all administrative tasks for the Repossession Services Team.
• Serve as liaison to other departments, organizations and agencies when handling sales of repossessed units.
• Operate proficiently in various computer programs, use spreadsheets, and maintain department records.
