American Family Insurance seeks an Auto BI Data Analyst to enable faster access to trusted Auto data, partnering with data engineering and governance teams to standardize datasets and definitions. You will translate business needs into data requirements, guide KPI definitions, and build scalable self-service BI solutions.

This hybrid role reports to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics. The position allows flex office/home work with a minimum of 10 days per month from locations in Madison, Boston,

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer-driven solutions
• Understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis
• Demonstrated ability to create complex Excel formulas and reports
• Understanding of software tools to query and report data
• Travel requirements up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of initiative analysis and deliver information company-wide
• Manage and operate a wide variety of analytical programs
• Lead improvement and automation of digital analytics programs
• Support and execute analytical needs throughout the enterprise
• Process, manipulate, and investigate large datasets
• Explore data to identify new attributes and address business issues
• Develop tools or dashboards to monitor and evaluate performance
• Complete other assignments or participate in projects as needed
