American Family Insurance Group seeks an Auto BI Data Analyst to enable faster, trusted Auto data access and scalable self-service BI solutions. You will translate business needs into data requirements, guide KPI definitions, and partner with data governance to standardize datasets. This hybrid role requires ~10 days/month in multiple U.S.

offices and relocation flexibility where needed. Responsibilities include owning analytics initiatives, building dashboards, and supporting enterprise

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
• Understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Excel to build complex formulas and create reports
• Understanding of software tools to query and report data

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of initiative analysis and deliver that information company-wide to provide transparency into digital performance
• Manage and operate a wide variety of analytical programs
• Lead the improvement and automation of all digital analytics programs through various platforms
• Support and execute the analytical needs throughout the enterprise
• Process, manipulate, and investigate large and complex datasets
• Explore data to identify new attributes and determine best approach to address business issues
• Develop tools or dashboards to monitor and evaluate performance
• May be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects
