American Family Insurance Group seeks an Auto BI Data Analyst to enable faster, trusted Auto data access by partnering with data engineering and governance teams. You will translate business needs into data requirements, define KPI definitions, and shape scalable self-service BI solutions.

This hybrid, multi-location role requires up to 10% travel and offers a compensation range of $69,000 to $115,000 annually, with relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Excel to build complex formulas and create reports.
• Understanding of software tools to query and report data.

Responsibilities

• Own initiative analysis and deliver that information company-wide to provide transparency into digital performance.
• Manage and operate a wide variety of analytical programs.
• Lead the improvement and automation of all digital analytics programs through various platforms.
• Support and execute the analytical needs throughout the enterprise.
• Process, manipulate, and investigate large and complex datasets.
• Develop tools or dashboards to monitor and evaluate performance.
