American Family Insurance Agency Staff is hiring an Auto BI Data Analyst to enable faster, trusted Auto data access and to develop scalable self-service dashboards. The role translates business needs into data requirements and guides KPI definitions, reporting to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics.

This flex role requires collaboration with data engineering and governance teams. In-office options exist at multiple locations with a minimum travel of 10 days per month.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer-driven solutions or service.
• Understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Excel to build complex formulas and create reports.
• Understanding of software tools to query and report data.
• Travel requirements up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of initiative analysis and delivering information company-wide for transparency into digital performance.
• Manage and operate a wide variety of analytical programs.
• Lead the improvement and automation of digital analytics programs across platforms.
• Support and execute analytical needs throughout the enterprise.
• Process, manipulate and investigate large and complex datasets.
• Explore data to identify new attributes and address business issues.
• Develop tools or dashboards to monitor and evaluate performance.
• Complete other assignments or projects based on skills and experience.
