Maher Duessel is seeking Audit Managers to join our firm. Audit Managers supervise engagements, applying firm policies and acting as a bridge between partners, clients, and engagement teams.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting and/or CPA eligibility.
• Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience.
• Government and non-profit audit experience preferred.
• Must have spent at least 1 year as a Supervisor.
• Demonstrated strong time-management and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions.
• Delegate work to staff and provide performance feedback and training.
• Supervise multiple engagements, managing time and resources across teams.
• Foster teamwork and lead by example.
• Communicate trends relevant to government and non-profit industries and maintain client relationships.
