Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator to support the online judicial foreclosure sale process. You will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, perform quality checks, and assist customers and internal teams in a hybrid, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities include document review, data entry, report generation, and professional communication via phone and email. Training is provided with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations.
• Review, proof, and QC documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Maintain and organize filing systems (digital and/or physical).
• Assist in creating and formatting documents in Word and Excel.
• Handle email communications professionally and efficiently.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, directing inquiries as appropriate.
• Ensure data is entered accurately across systems and documents.
• Support report generation and tracking.
