Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator to represent the company at live auctions and engage with bidders on-site. You will assist with event setup, maintain materials, and help ensure a smooth auction experience.

Training is provided, with opportunities to increase responsibilities and pay. The role centers around Omaha, NE with travel up to two hours and flexible part-time weekly hours, typically 2–4 hours per auction day and 10–15 hours weekly overall.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with travel and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in live auctions and co-host events.
• Interact with bidders and provide information and support.
• Prepare and complete event receipts and reports.
• Maintain equipment and materials and ensure professional conduct.
• Document customer information using our software and capture feedback.
• Participate in scheduled training and team calls.
