Job summary

Ogletree Deakins is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator in a hybrid role based in Illinois. You will coordinate interviews, screen candidates, source talent, and post advertisements across the firm’s channels, working closely with the Senior Manager of Attorney Recruiting to support strategic hiring initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in recruiting, a Bachelor’s or Associate degree, and strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or community college.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, attorneys and hiring managers.
• Screen applications, source candidates, and post job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate data and provide regular updates on progress.
• Support firmwide recruiting initiatives and strategic projects.
