Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking or Software related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience with Windows, Linux and VMware.
• Knowledge of network technologies and device types.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers how to configure and use Park Place Technologies’ software products to meet their operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and identify causes of customer software problems.
• Resolve issues with workarounds and patches per service levels.
• Log and track all customer problems in the Helpdesk system.
• Collaborate with Software Development to resolve customer issues.
• Support Proof of Concept trials with Sales teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Entuity products and related IT technologies.
• Explain integration with authentication systems (Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, SSO).
