Siemens AG in Wendell, NC is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Utility Systems & Solutions. This hybrid role develops quick, high-level resolutions to nonconformance and warranty cases after equipment ships, coordinating across engineering, PMO, and field teams.

You will manage multiple punch lists, work with vendors, review field reports, and drive corrective actions with cost-conscious solutions while maintaining timely updates to all collaborators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering of MV power distribution equipment.
• 3+ years field service of MV power distribution equipment.
• Ability to communicate clear results to executives/PMO leadership and customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% nationally; international travel when needed.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level resolutions by coordinating among engineering, R&D, PMO, sales, manufacturing, and other departments.
• Track and manage multiple punch lists and warranty cases for timely closure.
• Coordinate with field service teams and vendors for materials, methods of correction, and timely field reports.
• Review field service reports to inform cost recovery and claim management.
• Provide proactive status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to contractual timelines and deliver regular status updates.
