Siemens AG in Wendell, NC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee resolution of nonconformance and warranty cases for MV/LV equipment, transformers, and related systems. This hybrid role collaborates with engineering, field service, sales and manufacturing to drive timely, cost-effective customer outcomes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple punch list items, and ensure adherence to contractual timelines.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in engineering of medium voltage power distribution equipment
• 3+ years in field service of medium voltage power distribution equipment
• Clear communication of results to executives, PMO and customers
• Willingness to travel up to 20% nationally (international when needed)
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Aufgaben

• Develop high-level resolutions for customer nonconformance and warranty cases after shipment
• Coordinate with engineering, R&D, PMO, sales, manufacturing and other departments
• Track and close multiple punch list items and warranty cases with competing priorities
• Collaborate with field service teams and vendors for materials and correction methods
• Review field service reports to aid cost recovery and claim management
• Provide daily/weekly case status updates to stakeholders
• Adhere to contractual timelines for case responses
• Engage with PMO, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Factories and other teams
• Develop corrective and preventive actions with factories and quality teams
• Improve departmental processes for efficiency and structure
• Provide updates to collaborators throughout the correction process
• Drive timely, cost-effective resolutions to reduce post-delivery costs
