Siemens is seeking a Sr Electrical Engineer in Wendell, NC to join the Medium Voltage AIS project engineering team. This hybrid role supports in-office and remote work with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

You will analyze requirements, craft detailed electrical designs for medium-voltage switchgear, and assemble complete drawing packages for project delivery while coordinating with project engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience designing electrical power distribution products.

Mansioni

• Analyze customer requirements to develop detailed electrical designs for medium-voltage switchgear.
• Create complete electrical drawing packages (schematics, wiring, layouts, nameplates, one-lines, and communications) using CAD tools.
• Partner with project engineers to deliver cost-effective, on-time solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to resolve design and production challenges.
