• Track punch lists and warranty cases with competing priorities.
• Coordinate with field service teams and vendors for timely submissions of field service reports.
• Provide updates on case status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to customer contractual timelines and respond to cases with daily/weekly updates.
