Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service of medium voltage power distribution equipment.
• Ability to interpret and communicate clear results to varying levels of stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% nationally with international opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level resolutions by coordinating across engineering, PMO, sales, and manufacturing.
• Track and manage multiple warranty cases to closure.
• Coordinate with field service teams and vendors for actions and timely reports.
• Review field service reports to support cost recovery and claim management.
• Proactively update stakeholders on case status and timelines.
• Adhere to contractual timelines and provide regular updates.
