Job summary

RES in Denver, CO is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Energy Storage, North America to lead a cross-functional team delivering RESolve projects, owning safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days in the office, with 16-30% travel and regular reporting to stakeholders.

You will manage contracts, planning, procurement, and commissioning while building strong relationships with Owners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in PM/Engineering/Business.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within a year.
• 8+ years of project management experience in complex programs.
• 3+ years of Battery Storage project management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 16–30%.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Procore, P6, and MS Office suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee contract execution, change management, and invoicing processes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans.
• Provide weekly/monthly status reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate progress meetings and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
