Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of banking/financial services/project coordination experience or similar role.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, controls, and operational readiness.
• Ability to organize work, maintain plans, track dependencies, and deliver commitments.
• Experience coordinating meetings, documenting decisions, and communicating status.

Responsibilities

• Manage lower-complexity projects and defined workstreams with guidance.
• Clarify business needs, objectives, scope, stakeholders and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, logs, and artifacts.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables; raise concerns ASAP.
• Coordinate cross-functional work among business, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and vendors.
• Prepare clear status updates with milestones, risks, and actions.
• Maintain project documentation in approved repositories and PM tools.
• Apply Univest project management standards consistently.
• Build knowledge of Univest products and processes to improve planning.
