TEKsystems in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Part-Time Project Manager for a hybrid role. You’ll manage 4–5 enterprise initiatives, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will lead risk assessments, maintain PMO documentation, and mentor team members to PMO standards while collaborating with vendors and clients to achieve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years technology project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services and enterprise change delivery.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages 4-5 enterprise projects through lifecycle.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs with verification.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools.
• Held daily to weekly stand-ups and status meetings.
• Prepare status reports and escalate as needed.
• Maintain PMO system project records and templates.
• Define scope, requirements, and objectives with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for execution.
• Develop and monitor project plans and risks.
• Maintain client/vendor relationships and documentation.
• Mentor team members to PMO standards.
