Job summary

Univest Financial Corporation seeks a Portfolio Manager to support its Commercial Lending team across Souderton and West Chester. You will analyze financial information, manage portfolios, and ensure compliance with lending policies.

Responsibilities include preparing loan packages, performing covenant testing, and coordinating due diligence, closings, and post-closing activities with Relationship Managers, counsel, and title companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent experience.
• Four years of comparable financial analysis experience.
• Proficient with MS Teams and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan approval packages with RMs for new originations and renewals.
• Analyze client financials for loan requests, covenants, and reviews.
• Perform cash flow and collateral analyses for deal screening.
• Support due diligence searches and appraisal/environmental reviews.
• Assist in loan closings and post-closing follow-up with stakeholders.
• Lead audit preparation and ensure documentation accuracy.
