Formación

• High School Diploma/Equivalent and 1+ year of quality experience in medical devices or pharma.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field may substitute for experience.
• Excellent customer service and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Log, investigate, and close complaints in the complaint system per procedures.
• Draft concise investigation summaries and closeout responses.
• Support QA, product management, and other stakeholders on quality activities.
• Coordinate servicing needs and recommend corrective actions.
