George P. Johnson Experience Marketing is seeking an Associate Producer to join our growing team in a hybrid role. You’ll oversee timelines and budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver events from concept to completion.

You will maintain strong client relationships, support the project lead, and help manage vendor relations and financial metrics to ensure successful, profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in event production, live production, integrated production, account management or project management.
• 4-year college degree; preferred in Marketing/Advertising/Event Management/Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project timeline and budget run smoothly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement projects from start to finish.
• Maintain client relationships and regularly update the Account Lead.
• Oversee closing and reconciliation process for the overall event.
• Manage vendor relationships and the RFP process when needed.
• Communicate project details as lead or part of a larger working group.
