Ansera is seeking an Executive Producer (Events) to lead major experiential initiatives from concept to execution. You will steer cross-functional teams to deliver remarkable live, hybrid, and virtual experiences for high-profile clients.

In this hybrid role, you will manage budgets, coordinate with creative and technical directors, and maintain strategic client relationships while ensuring flawless on-site show execution and post-event debriefs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate live event production with senior producer experience.
• Robust portfolio of high-end corporate events, activations, or large-scale productions.
• Strong production knowledge across staging, AV, lighting, fabrication, and hybrid integration.

Responsibilities

• Drive creative & strategic vision for experiential projects.
• Oversee end-to-end production from scoping to post-event debriefs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including creatives, technical producers, and logistics staff.
• Maintain top-tier client relationships as primary strategic partner.
• Manage complex budgets and ensure cost control and margin targets.
• Source and negotiate with production vendors and partners.
• Command show-day operations, cueing, and crisis management on-site.
