• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in nonprofit or association sector preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams; meet deadlines.
• Experience developing and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements annual marketing and communications work plans.
• Delivers strategic branding and messaging for AASHTOWare and related groups.
• Coordinates creation and delivery of marketing materials for meetings and events.
• Manages email campaigns and analyzes results to improve performance.
• Uses Canva, InDesign, and HubSpot to create promotional materials.
• Maintains LinkedIn presence with calendars and content.
• Supports budget preparation for marketing activities.
