Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience leading multidisciplinary teams in marketing and communications
• Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required for this position
• PMP certification is preferred but not required
• Experience publishing and coordinating technical information from concept to final products

Responsibilities

• Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns and stakeholder outreach to increase project visibility and engagement
• Develop strategic promotional plans and create compelling marketing materials
• Identify and engage stakeholders and manage digital and traditional channels
• Oversee end-to-end project tracking for publications, marketing, and related tasks
• Coordinate with Government COs, CORS, Task Managers, and Researchers to ensure on-time deliverables
• Monitor production schedules, due dates, and milestones across all project phases
• Provide regular status updates and monthly progress reports
