Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering for a 12-month contract in Mahwah, NJ.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence four days per week and involves technical execution of capital equipment and manufacturing improvement projects from concept through production release. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and external suppliers, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and operational goals while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Biomedical or related engineering field.
• 0-2 years of engineering experience; internships/co-ops considered.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or other PM certs are plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital equipment projects from concept to production release.
• Support project managers with scheduling, action-tracking, and cross-functional communication.
• Assist with FAT/SAT, validation activities, and Equipment installations.
• Learn project lifecycle and progressively own project tasks on the manufacturing floor.
