Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering for a 12-month contract to lead capital and manufacturing project implementations from planning through production release.

The role coordinates across equipment, automation, manufacturing, quality, and facilities to deliver safe, compliant, reliable, and scalable manufacturing solutions on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Biomedical, or related field).
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn project management, manufacturing processes, and capital equipment implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering implementation activities for strategic capital and manufacturing projects from planning through qualification and release.
• Coordinate technical integration across equipment, automation, manufacturing, quality, and facilities.
• Ensure solutions are implemented into production with safety, quality, and reliability.
• Support project managers in coordinating activities, tracking items, and communicating across teams.
• Attend project meetings, assist with equipment installations, FAT/SAT and validation activities.
