Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Mahwah, NJ, hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on technical execution of capital equipment and manufacturing improvement projects from concept through production release, coordinating with PMs, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, and suppliers.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in engineering, 0–2 years of experience, and a willingness to learn project management and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Biomedical Engineering or related field
• 0–2 years engineering experience; internships/co-ops considered
• PMP/Lean Six Sigma or other PM certs are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and track action items for capital projects
• Attend project meetings and assist with equipment installations, FAT/SAT, and validation
• Support cross-functional teams and maintain project documentation on the lifecycle
