The role focuses on technical execution of capital equipment and manufacturing improvement projects from concept to production release, working with PMs, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Facilities and suppliers. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, up to 2 years of experience (internships/co-ops counted), and a willingness to learn project management, processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Biomedical).
• 0–2 years engineering experience (internships/co-ops counted).
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or similar a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in execution of capital projects and track action items.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with equipment installations, FAT/SAT, and validation activities.
• Maintain project documentation and learn project lifecycle on the manufacturing floor.
