WSP Global Inc. is seeking an Associate/ Associate Director to join the Roads team in Belfast.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and oversee multi‑disciplinary road design projects to deliver high quality outcomes on time and within budget. Demonstrated delivery of schemes in local or national transport, strong client relationships, and experience with Civil 3D/OpenRoads are essential.

Formación

• Chartered Civil Engineer or Incorporated Engineer with extensive post‑qualification experience.
• Experience delivering highway design schemes within local or national transport projects.
• Ability to lead design teams and mentor junior staff.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, InfoDrainage and PDS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to design teams and deliver quality on time and budget.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary projects, manage budgets and financial performance.
• Develop strong client relationships and manage expectations.
• Lead preparation and checking of design drawings, specifications and BOQ.
• Support resource coordination and staff allocation across projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and QA standards.
• Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative culture.
• Contribute to business development and bid/tender activity.
