Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain or IT for Supply Chain roles in the biopharmaceuticals or life sciences industry.
• Proven track record with SAP ERP supply chain.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP, FDA 21 CFR regulations).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated success building and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT supply chain solutions roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of core supply chain technologies.
• Drive the implementation of digital capabilities for supply chain operations.
• Partner with IT Data/AI team to establish data governance.
• Ensure all systems meet GxP and global regulatory requirements.
