Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in laboratory informatics, digital lab technology, or related biotech/pharma domains.
• Proven experience delivering or managing ELN, sample management, entity registration, or related laboratory systems.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows across Research and/or CMC environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Delivery of Laboratory Informatics Platforms: Own the delivery and lifecycle management of informatics solutions across ELN, sample management, entity registration, and workflow orchestration.
• Translate Business Needs into Digital Capabilities: Partner with laboratory, scientific, and technical operations stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements.
• Establish Product and Platform Governance: Drive governance for demand intake, prioritization, release management, and change control.
• Enable End-to-End Laboratory Workflows: Design and deliver integrated workflows connecting experiment execution, sample lifecycle management, and result capture.
• Lead Instrument Data Capture Strategy: Own the strategy and requirements for instrument data capture across ReDev and CMC environments.
• Partner Across IT and Business Functions: Collaborate with enterprise IT teams to ensure platforms are secure, scalable, and integrated with enterprise capabilities.
• Ensure Compliance, Data Integrity, and Sustainability: Maintain alignment on data models and master data, traceability, and data integrity.
