Eli Lilly and Company in Philadelphia is seeking an Associate Director of CMC Supply Chain to lead a global team ensuring continuous supply of critical components for radiopharmaceutical production across cGMP sites. You will oversee demand planning, supplier management, inventory, and distribution while partnering with Commercial, Clinical, Manufacturing and Leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, science/engineering, production operations management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical supply chain function.
• 2+ years of CMC experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical development.
• Strong supply management expertise including forecasting, demand/supply planning, inventory management, distribution, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Uninterrupted supply of critical components and consumables for global manufacturing needs.
• Develop and maintain supply chain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration in radiopharmaceutical supply chain.
• Assess risks and communicate interruptions, establishing mitigations.
• Lead team growth and development, mentoring direct reports.
