Job summary

Welcome to the Tarsanet Internal Career Center! is seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to drive clinical development strategies for assigned programs in Irvine, CA.

You will lead cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable plans and ensure timely execution of development milestones. The role requires extensive experience in protocol development, study design, and regulatory awareness, with strong collaboration across clinical, regulatory, and data management functions.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical/science degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, OD, MD).
• 10+ years minimum experience, with 3+ years pharma/biotech or equivalent clinical research experience.
• Experience authoring clinical trial protocols and/or study results.
• Strong understanding of drug development and regulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead protocol development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Author trial protocols and key study documents.
• Review and contribute to CMS, ICH-GCP, and regulatory submissions.
• Educate teams on protocol execution and study conduct.
• Coordinate with data management and biostatistics to resolve queries.
