Job summary

Brick Executive Search is seeking a design professional to assist the activewear team in Long Beach. You will contribute from concept through final approval, supporting sketches, CADs, and tech packs while maintaining samples and libraries in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment.

The role requires 2–4 years of activewear design experience, a Bachelor’s in Fashion Design or related field, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop a plus). Hybrid work in Long Beach, CA is offered.

Qualifications

• Activewear design experience with knowledge of luxury/performance brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
• Strong eye for trend, color, fabrication, and technical construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist design team across all stages of seasonal activewear collections.
• Support sketches and CAD revisions in Illustrator; track line sheets.
• Maintain concept boards for performance, color, silhouette, and luxury positioning.
• Support tech pack creation with construction and spec details.
• Attend fit sessions and record adjustments; keep docs updated.
