Job summary

Brick Executive Search partners with a luxury activewear brand to seek an Associate Designer. This role, led by a renowned creative director, is for an individual with 2–4 years of activewear experience to join a founding creative team and contribute from day one.

The associate will support design across all stages, create sketches and CADs in Illustrator, and help develop luxury positioning through concept boards and precise tech packs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of activewear design experience required, luxury or premium brands a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the design team across all stages of seasonal activewear collections.
• Support sketches and CADs creation in Adobe Illustrator.
• Build and maintain concept boards for performance innovation and luxury positioning.
• Update line sheets with styles, colorways, and development status.
• Assist with tech pack creation and fit session notes.
