Hybrid, a division of EAB, is seeking an Associate Creative Director in Richmond, VA to lead and expand its U.S. creative offering, merging hands-on leadership with client-facing strategy across brands and campaigns.

You’ll partner with the Executive Creative Director to grow Hybrid’s U.S. creative offering and support the Philadelphia creative team, guiding projects from concept through completion while ensuring design quality and production feasibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the creative industry.
• Strong graphic design skills with branding, design, typography, and creative problem-solving.
• Experience developing creative work across brands and campaigns.
• Experience leading creative teams and overseeing projects from concept through completion.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain close attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support winning and delivering U.S. creative work for higher education partners, including presenting ideas and participating in new business pitches.
• Partner with the Executive Creative Director to develop Hybrid’s U.S. creative offering and support the growth of the Philadelphia creative team.
• Provide strategic creative direction across brands and campaigns, guiding projects from initial concept through completion.
• Collaborate with the global creative team to deliver high-quality work and help build a collaborative creative culture in Philadelphia.
• Manage, motivate, and support creative team members with clear direction and constructive feedback.
• Work with account and creative leadership to prioritize workloads, coordinate resources, and oversee project delivery.
• Review and approve creative work for design quality, accuracy, attention to detail, and production feasibility.
• Partner with leadership including the Director of Accounts to cultivate and maintain key client relationships.
